Finished it all off, aside from one or two sundry presents.

Who else here always buys their other half's stuff last?

Normally I buy his first. I haven't started buying for this year yet though and we're thinking of only buying very small presents this year as we're supposed to be saving for a house move and we don't really need anything.

nearly finished. Just the wife and a couple of mates to buy for. Am going to be laughing at everyone in the massive crush on the last few days before Christmas

I will laugh at them too.

I buy the partners first otherwise i might run out of money and wake up one day with my balls cut off!

I've only just realised that both my posts on the last page are virtually identical. \o/

xmas, or specifically the run up to it is a shit time for me generally anyway. I'm always working my arse off so I can actually have some time off over the break / make sure everyone gets paid etc with nothing to worry about for a good few months.

I bought almost everything in one big hit on Play about three weeks ago. I now need to get a couple of CDs, give my missus a bit of money towards some stuff she's bought for herself, and that's me done. In fact, I've gotta stop in Asda on my way home tonight, so I might just see if I can get the CD there instead.

I've also bought two games which are to be my presents (MGS4 & LBP); I need to get the money back from my girlfriend and mother.

Since I got married we've sort of either gone for big joint presents (basically something for both of us to spoil ourselves a bit) or mini small pressies, lots of sentimental stuff. Usually they get left till last because we're never apart (even at work), and as great as that is, it can be a right ballache when you've got to sneak out and pick something up in a swift lunch break or whatever.

I'm ludicrously easy to buy for though so I reckon my other half gets the better half of the deal as she's as picky as heck!

Most of the children's presents bought and wrapped (very early for us I have to admit!) - just the rest of the family to buy for now, which is the hard part!

I'm nearly there now, just a few bits to get. All done without leaving the house too, the internet does have its uses!

Oh, and avoid retailers using the Home Delivery Network, they really are spectacularly brilliant at fucking up the simplist of deliveries.

No need for the picture, I had a good Christmas wank while reading your post. Thank you for kicking off the holiday masturbation season.

Been buying xmas presents for the last month or so now. We're having an 80's themed christmas so it's been loads of fun and nostalgic finding gifts. :)

I have three more presents to get. But in typical fashion they're also the ones I can't think of what to actually get. Hrm.

I don't really have anyone to buy for. Only my nephew and to be honest, as he is six months old, I could buy him a toilet brush and he would be delighted.

I might send my mum and little brother something by post.
Grandparents get all weird if I try and buy them presents so they get cards.

Probably get it all done in a day.
