It seems that all the Australian film studios try and come up with are violent films set in the outback.

... and now they are moving them into the city instead, because CHANGE!

This is the most annoying thread ever.

Every time I see it out of the corner of my eye I think it's a thread about The Trailer Park Boys and end up getting disappointed :(

    Maleficent.

The Resident Evil films. I'm one of the reasons they keep making them.

@ecureuil Looks fine (as in: "by the numbers modern live-action Disney"-fine) to me...

"You see it too? For me, it's always like this..."

America is going to have a field day with that. I think there was talk of Aronofsky getting a hard time from executives who don't like his cut of the film. Doesn't look too interesting but you never know with him.

Stop hiring Ray Winstone. Please take me seriously Emma Watson.

Black Swan is one of my favourite films, but I'm sorry to say that looks awful. If you were to show me that trailer and ask who the director was, I'd say Roland Emmerich or someone.

Hmm not quite as 'The Fountain 2' as has been suggested... but you can never really tell from a simple trailer. I have hope in Aronofsky though.

Plus, it has Connelly in it, so there may be some ass to ass action.

I bet they somehow miraculously make it and then repopulate the planet.

If you can read this you really need to fiddle with your forum settings.

Sabotage. Arnie film from the writer of Training Day and director of End Of Watch. This has got a lot of potential although the trailer isn't that great.

Also stop giving money to the Wachowskis, they're not going to do another Matrix, that was a one off.

    Portable view - Never forget.

The visual with the flares coming out of the clouds is pretty cool.

Looks like they've gone for the mystery and terror the early Japanese films went for, rather than just mashing New York with lots of hoorah and chest bumping. Maybe.

Is that the movie based on the Japanese book "All you need is Kill" ? The title change is as generic as it gets.

That Godzilla trailer is fantastic. One of the best I have seen for a long time, it hints enough without giving the entire plot away, it shows Godzilla but doesn't spoil him. This is how you do a trailer.

That Tom cruise film has 'it was all a dream/real' twist written all over it.

    @Mr-Brett

"All you need is kill" is a great book a bit short but good military sci-fi fodder.

But judging from that trailer for the edge of tomorrow its about a s relevant to the book as Brad pitts world war z was to the book
