    What's that episode in TNG when Deanna Troi is contacted by aliens and given a formula to escape some spatial anamoly called again. All I remmeber is her big arse floating in some kind of vortex thing and the aliens chanting "The Planet and the moon" or osmething, I think it was to symbolise hydrogen. :S

    Worst ever goes to "Shades of Grey" which was the Season 2 finale. Widely regarded as the worst episode not just of TNG, but of the entire Franchise.

    Personally though my fave is "Balance of Terror" from Season 1 of the Original series.

    Every star trek fan I know says that about Balance of Terror. I really should get round to watching the original series.

    I have a few favorite episodes. Data's Day, Frame of Mind, Inner Light to name a few.

    Bloody good episode. Introduced the Romulans and the plot is based on the movie The Enemy Below.

    And that was "Skin of Evil", Season 1 Episode 23. TNG didn't really find its feet until Season 3, was much the same story for DS9.

    Well they tried to bring back that ethos in Enterprise and they almost made it in S4, but the show got cancelled. ;_; Then shat on with that god awful finale. It was just a holodeck program. FFS.

    I just couldn't bring myself to watch it. It looks too retro. You know like Buck Rodgers retro. :/

    Also I think the worst episode of TNG, amongst a ton of choices from the last season is that fucking, shitty piece of garbage concerning Beverley's granny's funeral, featuring terrible Scottish accents and some magic candle ghost bullshit.

    OMFG! I forgot about that episode. I must have blocked it out. :D It's all coming flooding back to me. That alien that used her lifeforce or something. o_O

    Still I hated almost every Deanna-centric episode.

    Sorry I read an article wrong, Picard might appear in next years Doctor Who.

    That was bad, but for me the episode where Lwaxana Troi has her wedding on board the Enterprise was the worst. In fact, pretty much any episode with Lwaxana Troi in it could take that crown.

    "The Best of Both Worlds" pretty much made up for the crappy episodes that came before it.

    I did like "The Pegasus" from Season 7 but it was clear the show was running out of steam that year.
