    Searched for a thread but couldn't find one. First episode of season 7 was released yesterday. About to watch it now. Can't wait for the follow up to the Blue Harvest episode (the final episode in season 7).

    Oh btw, has anyone seen the new spin of show they're doing here.

    I thought it was mostly meh too, thought Peter getting his Houdini/Snoopy facts mixed up was funny :)

    Great stuff.
    I'm looking forward to Mike Judge's new 'toon. If it's half as good as the brilliant KOTH* then it will be er 50% as good...............and that is 25% better than .....
    You get the idea.

    *Fox you bastards release season 6-12 on reg 2 or even reg 1 (7-12 in that case)

    They haven't done the DVD's because they were basically ripping off the voice actors with the first 5 (six in the states) and not giving them the same DVD sales cut as the voice actors for The Simpsons, Family Guy etc etc

    So the DVD's are held up in legal limbo for the time being.

    I laughed a lot, that's usually a sign that it was a good episode for me. American Dad was good too.

    Hmm. Cleveland isn't the first character that springs to mind that deserves a spin-off, but maybe that's why it could work since he's not quite as integral to Family Guy.

    A Quagmire show though...

    You'd risk it being the Date-Rapist Show and becoming almost untransmittable immediately. I'd watch the Quagmire Show though. Giggity.

    American Dad is ok, watchable, enjoyable, just a little too similar to Family Guy only the characters aren't half as good.

    Family Guy took a bit of a downturn for me, degrading into non-stop sex jokes and inuendos. They were funny enough with only a smattering of that type of comedy, but lately it seems to be all they know how to do.

    Was the latest episode like that?

    Kind of. The first episode was quite poor.

    Anyone see the latest ep? Much funnier! I need to get that song that Peter kept on dancing to on mp3.

    Hmm... interesting, but won't be this just be another attempt at the 2.4 children suburban America set-up, albeit with an obvious gimmick (the characters being black in a racist area)?

    Has the potential to be funny, but I'd like to have seen Seth try something a bit more original, like the Simpson's creators did with Futurama.

    Cleveland Show seems alright, the trailer from a few months ago wasn't bad.

    This new season of Family Guy has been pretty average though. Ep. 2 was funny, and I actually liked Surfin' Bird, but I didn't care for the Jesus storyline at all. Other fans haven't been so kind though, with a large number of them proclaiming it to be the worst episode of Family Guy ever. I guess if you didn't like Surfin' Bird, then I can see why you'd think that. The Office Space joke was great though, so it wasn't too bad.

    This season will close with Something Something Something Dark Side, and they surely can't fuck that one up.

    I am a family guy fan but and didn't mind the first episode but this weeks was up there if not the worst episode ever.

    The new season of The Simpsons is much better than the new season of Family Guy so far.
