Just finished it and it was an absolute blast. Regularly had me grinning from ear to ear.
My hat is off to Relic. -

Registered 9 years agoCracking game. They dropped the ball splitting the online playerbase with DLC though. -
I was very close to buying this again the other day, don't know why I sold it. Brilliant game.

Registered 7 years agoReally was a brilliant little game, even the Multiplayer was great fun while it lasted.
Loved how the final boss was beaten by beating him to a pulp until you crush his skull while falling off some super high building
More of the same with a more in depth combat system, enemies and a dollop of Terminators and I'd be very happy! -

I would also love to see this but only for one level of the campaign I think.

Registered 9 years agoYeah, looking forward to it. Currently am finishing Fear 2 and maybe Force Unleashed (gah) just so I can free up 50-odd Gb on my hdd. I think Space Marine could get some sweet lovin' though.I'm a grumpy bastard.

Registered 4 months agoI love space marine... And the online is brilliant, but personally i wish you could play as more than just chaos space marines and space marines online though. I think for the sequel they should introduce other enemies you can play as (i.e eldar or necrons) with the same class system or even make it so you can have different perks/weapons for different races. Otherwise it just seems as though the two factions are identical except for looks. -

Registered 10 years agoOnline sucks the fat one, but SP is great (would be brilliant with a slightly deeper melee system).
IIRC it tanked at retail so we probably won't get a sequel - massive shame, IMO. -

Registered 11 months agoI didn't mind online but wasn't enough to sustain it for me and ended up flogging it. A good game though and a real shame we probably won't get a sequel. I loved going on a total rampage with a chainsword and the shooting felt really solid."You can kill an otter in about a second, just kick it's face off."

It's not completely, completely out of the question. Games Workshop has an agreement with The Creative Assembley, owned by Sega, and Relic's now owned by Sega. Obviously it's not a cert by any means but don't rule it out just yet, there may be hope..
