    I couldn't make it last year. So if sure of one thing I will be going this year, even if its on my own I will be their !

    Another first timer here - to the show, the curry club, and indeed the forums here! Zo made me finally get around to joining up to make it more believable when I turn up on Friday evening with my troughing spoon.

    Traditionally the curry has been on the Friday night, allowing for 'just drinking' on the Saturday night.

    It works well that way as the industry party is normally on Friday so any staff/community drinks have to happen Saturday.

    The Expo is at the same venue.
    The curry venue is undecided, since it's way way way too early to even think about what we might do

    It wasn't bad, but certainly nothing special. I'd be perfectly happy with a change in venue this year.

    We're limited in our options around Earls Court. The other restaurant I had in mind was quite pricey and a bit too swanky for a bunch of post-Expo geeks.

    I'll start searching something out nearer the time :)

    Masala Zone near earls court was quite good a couple of years ago, and has positive write ups in local mags.  5 or 10 mins walk from the show.
