Over the years WWE have bought many wrestling promotions (such as WCW, ECW, AWA, Mid-South and so on) and their individual libraries of footage. They own a total of more than 125,000 tapes and more than 130,000 hours of footage. Most of which is contained within nuclear bomb-proof mountain bunker.

So if the apocalypse comes you'll still be able to see get your Sports Entertainment fix!

That would make a great inspiration for a town in a Fallout game, a people raised on the collected works of the WWE and its forebears.

    Dumb ways to die

A public service campaign with an unusual "Dumb Ways to Die" theme won two of the four top honors on the first awards day at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

So my mate was on one of the teams for the Rezzed Game Jam this year, and did some music for it.

Now, he's cut it to the soviet-era exercise videos that inspired it. It's awesome.

As cool as that is, I can't help but wonder how many beatings it has taken to do all of that.

Hmm, I know that's often the case with these things. But hes out in an open field in the fresh air, and runs over to him quite happily. He is also getting treats after every trick which suggests the guy is using the carrot as opposed to the stick. I wouldn't be surprised if the bear is reasonably happy.

No bear expert, but does that mean anything? People and other animals will go running back to those that harm them, because they are too scared and don't know any better. He's obviously not going to show him wacking him, or in a cage, on YouTube.

Can't help but stay cynical. Can one really get a wild animals to do such things with a few treats?

Likewise, I have no formal training in Bear satisfaction or well-being, and by all accounts you might be right. But the body language of the guy, and the rewarding of treats makes me think the Bear is performing the tricks for reward, not to avoid punishment.
