6 on the first go. I guess if I was to do this for an hour or two each day and be rewarded with sweets that could be pushed up a bit.

Don't know if this is the thread for such things, but I do advise you check out the reviews for Samsung Push Service on Google Play. I won't say why but please do.

Some more reviews worth reading for this product on Amazon. I could do this all night but I'll just leave it at the 2. Also do make sure you check out the 5 pictures showing you what you get.

I usually don't like Russell Brand, but it's really fun watching dominate these dumb show hosts :D

    In REF to above video:

I am starting to really like Russel Brand. Hes a bit much sometimes, but the way he dicks around these anchors is great. Watch how they all fall back to talking nonsense when they cant handle dialogue with him.

From a Vanity Fair profile on Steven Seagal:

"One day an executive walked into Seagal's trailer and found Hollywood's reigning manly man... weeping. 'Oh, I'm reading this script,' Seagal explained, still misty. 'It's the most incredible script I've ever read.'

'That's fantastic,' the executive said, 'Who wrote it?'

Seagal didn't miss a beat. 'I did,' he replied."

More a nugget of cringe than a nugget of joy, but still - possibly the most awkard site on the internet. Do follow his links at the top. Especially penis.

edit: this should be in the exercise thread really.

A strange game. The only winning move is not to play.

    @localnotail Brilliant find local!

I like the butter section best, including this snippet:

for a big man, an entire stick of butter every day would perhaps be beneficial. For a smaller person, four tablespoons of butter a day—half a stick—would be sufficient.

    Note:
I am basing this suggestion on the scientific research that shows saturated fat increases testosterone.

    And:
Butter may or may not have excess health risks. This too is a topic of controversy.

    Muscle man in thought.
    Occasionally a muscle man needs
to think. Depending on the man
this may rarely happen. This picture
    illustrates a man in thought.

    :)

I find myself almost admiring him for his sheer self-belief in the face of all evidence to the contrary. But then I see another picture of his baggy y-fronts and I feel nauseous again.

A strange game. The only winning move is not to play.
