Djovokic starting to look like the no 1 player in the world in the last two games.

Andy's getting cranky, not good signs. Needs to remind himself of the federer match, he can raise it!

He's lost his head. This could be a quick set.

Oh, shame about that game ... could have rattled Djokovic a little bit there.

Murray's got it in him to win possibly 3-4 more GSs in his career, which would make him the most successful brit of the modern era.

The best of Murray could never beat the best of Big-Daddy Long-Djok.

Deserved win for Djokovic. The better player overall, especially in the 4th set.

The 3rd and 4th sets weren't great, quite a disappointing final in the end.

His head went after he missed all those back to back break points in the second. After that it looked like there would only be one winner.

Yeah, the last two sets were only going one way. Only chance Murray had was at the start of the second, if he had broken Djokovic then the Serb might never have hit his top game.

Once Djokovic started going for winners it was over. Still been a good tournament for Murray though - when beating Federer and losing to Djokovic in 4 sets has become disappointing you know he's moved up a notch.

    Poor Moo-Moo ...

    ... : (

It's all over now however, you cannot help but wonder what the outcome would have been had he broken Djokovic serve when he was comfortably 0 - 40 up in the second set.

Anyway, with Nadal hopefully coming back soon, the next one at Roland Garros will be interesting to see, especially considering it is king Nadals' surface ... exciting times!

Quite fancy going to watch the Monte-Carlo masters in April - I love that place.

Murray didn't take his chances and that cost him. In this mini league at the top of the world rankings that's what it comes down to. What is that - 5 finals now for Murray? And one win. Yes he was against the very creme de la creme but still it could knock him mentally.

Yeah, what an idiot..losing to arguably the best player in the world at the moment, and having just beaten Federer in 5 sets who is arguably the best player in the world, ever. Murray should give up eh...?

    ;-)

Too passive and poor serving, the usual Murray issues unfortunately.

He noticeably dipped after he had his blister looked at. I mean, the majority of the world wouldn't bother playing at all with a blister, let alone a final against Djokavic.

$2.4m (Aus) for the winner, $1.2m for the runner up, I'd have carried on trying tbh.

Bit harsh to say Murray played bad. I think he played as well as he could with the blisters etc but sometimes you just have to accept that the guy you're playing is better. Djok is just a better player atm, simple as. No one else can get near him. Murray does still need to work on his first serve percentage though. If he is to have anychance against Djok it needs to be atleast 65% as his second is not strong enough.

Can't see Murray doing much at the French as he doesn't have a good enough game for clay but I think even at this early stage you're not putting your head on the block by saying chances are Wimbo & US will be a Murray v Djok final again and if Murray continues to improve and steps his game up he will have half a chance of getting one of the two. I don't wanna wright Fed off just yet but I don't think he will win another Slam. I didn't think he would win one last year and was lucky in many ways to meet Murray in the Wimbo final and not Djok.

Gonna be a good season though, time for the 1st US hardcourt swing before the dirst in Monte Carlo in late April.

Yeah good point, I remember now but also remember Djok wasn't ahis best at Wimbo. My bad. Fed is now another year older though, best ever imo but age catches up with everyone and in Tennis by 31 you're usually on the slide.
