    I went pitcue when it was a van, loved it. Lining up is a bitch!

    Hey, if we're digressin' from burgers, went to a pie and mash shop in shepherds bush at the weekend - A COOKE lovely stuff - it was like £5 too!

    Anyone from Glasgow got any good recommendations? Got a real hankering for a decent burger and Ketchup and the like don't cut it...

    The burger van at B&Q Darnley.

    TBH I don't know of any. Everyone I know went on about Ketchup, but for me it was a bit of a dud. I've had some great burgers in Rust but its been a while and I was very drunk every time.

    Thanks for the suggestions guys. Not been into N&S for years (they still have the sticky floor? ;-)) and not tried Rust yet.

    Ketchup, now that's something that doesn't belong in a burger either. Took me a while to come round to this way of thinking.....

    Very true. Mayonaise is king, apply liberally (mayonaise-based variations are admissable, e.g aioli).

    Like it, would you consider burger sauce a derivative of mayonaise? Works well on your cheaper but fun burgers

    Mix in a good amount of ground black pepper with your mayo. Works a treat.

    Try this, get a 6 chicken nuggets meal, double cheese burger. Put 3 chicken nuggets in the burger, then a line of chips. Epic.

    Snapped a pic of my lunch today also

    STEAK Bombay Burger from Haché, comes with an onion bhaji and mango chutney, sides are sweet potato fries and Sliced Gherkins. :)

    We've got a new chip shop that does deliveries and their burgers are bloody lovely.
    1/2lb cheese and bacon burger, tastes very similar to Burger King.
    The delivery aspect could be a bad thing ;)

    Popped into The Regent in Kensal Green the other weekend and had one of their BBQ burgers & the gf tackled one of their Deli burgers - both excellent, very tasty indeed. Good chips too.
