    Nothing new there... two are B-Sides from Isn't Anything.

    Sugar was a random B-Side from around the Loveless era.

    All the Time in the World has been around a while as well and the other track is from the Wire tribute album.

    Still prefer the cracklyness of the original vinyl...

    There isn't anything extra with this remastered version is there? Or just the original album cleaned up a bit?

    I say this every time I find myself listening to Loveless in all it's glory... but there hasn't been any other albums ever as good as this or as unique as this.

    Perfect album to listen to while sitting on in the evening sun drinking cider.

    The new album was mastered on the 21st. Hopefully it'll be out in a couple of weeks (it's being sold on the band website, IIRC).

    I don't know. I doubt it, though. Albums being released as downloads first isn't hugely uncommon, which is what I'd guess will be happening with this.

    Wow they did it already? I thought it'd be another epic adventure in the recording studio for them - Kevin Shields must have been getting help for his obsessive nature.

    They're playing tonight and Shields has said the new album will be in two to three days, apparently. :)

    He will probably give it one last listen, decide its no good and scrap the whole thing before retreated back into his studio for another 20+ years then dying and never giving us any new material...

    Basically, I'll believe it when I see it!

    'Come In Alone' should be one of the tracks on compulsary 24hr rotation in the Houses of Parliament. Help the law-makers think properly.

    Imagine striding into the chambers just as that started up. You'd pass some good laws that day.

    I'm guessing no one got chance to see how much it is? Not that I really matter... I'd pay anything for this album (within reason...possibly).

    I think it's called mbv, so it's essentially self-titled/untitled, depending on how you look at it.

    I've no idea if anyone's had any first impressions, but I'm really not expecting much. It'll probably be decent enough but not much more. I'd love to be wrong, but the lack of title and rubbish artwork make it seem a bit low-budget and naff. I'm definitely judging a book by its cover there, I know.

    I don't even use twitter, just look at the front page and MBV is listed at the top of the trending list.
