I'm planning on role-playing it a bit. One plays the stock market, buys houses, the mental one goes... mental etc etc. Just imagine playing differently with each one will help the immersion.

The stock market... urgh, no thanks.

One stupid thing i like to do is fuck about with the slower planes... bi-planes etc, trying to land them in stupid and tight places.

    ... and doing a loop-the-loop round a bridge is always a classic :D

One thing we liked to do in SA, was to steal planes from the airport early in the game (the gates were locked, but it was easy enough to get over the wall)

Flying to a area that wasn't opened up by the story yet caused an instant max wanted level, your plane would get shot down by rockets fairly quickly unless you bailed out or quickly landed

The challenge was loading up with guns, getting a plane, and seeing how long you could survive in the warzone

@the_dudefather That's a damn good evaluation of preview writing.

    You are trolling though right?

When the day comes that were loading into GTAv, whats the first thing you all plan on doing.

Personally, i'll be heading straight up that mountain on a sanchez then off the cliff (just like the gameplay video)

After that im off to find that jet:)
I fancy getting a slow plane and taking a little look around the place and taking it all in.

Is the whole map open this time or will you have to open it bit by bit as with past GTA games..?
The whole world is open from the off
    Thanks, thats great news..!
Use the blimp. It's a digital download for all new copies of the game.
I think I'll do a few missions first, just to get my bearings and to fulfil any initial set-up to get weapons/use abilities etc, then I'm heading for the ocean! Can't wait to finally be able to dive down and explore the depths (and hopefully avoid having any legs chomped off by a shark)!

This is what I love about the look of the new GTA; some of us will take to the open road, some will take to the skies, some will head beneath the waves and others will climb a mountain - the whole game world sounds bloody awesome!

@Graveland The fella who introduced me to the very first GTA played it like this.

He's a massive flamboyant drag queen gay now...

    Just saying.

    Or perhaps not.

Have just checked, and I got my copy at the pre-order price of 34.99.

Cancelling that and paying 15 quid more just to play it a few hours earlier would be silly.

These types of people are the worst to watch while they play. I get this urge to just snatch the controller out of their hands and just do something, anything apart from driving slow and stopping at lights. Ugh.

@x201, strange how they're all wearing the same coloured top. Unless that's the cult's dress code (uniform? what would you call it?).

I assume those characters are the competition winners for folks to have their face in the game?

Luckily I'm on holiday in Malta for the next week, so that makes the wait very bearable indeed :D
