Beggars belief.
Update: same finger, NEW RING. This one is of Boba Fett's helmet, and is altogether chunkier. Updates and bulletins as events warrant. -

Registered 7 years agoThe old ring came free eventually and was ultimately lost to an evening in New York, along with the heel of one if my shoes and much of my dignity.
This I fear is a whole new ballgame. The band is much wider.
I'll try turning it sideways but I think the best way might be cold water, patience until it's less swollen, then a sudden aggressive jerk.LB, you really are a massive geek.

Registered 7 years agoUpdate: I have passed an uncomfortable night. However it just came off and ny knuckle looks a touch unhappy at proceedings. But anyway, success!LB, you really are a massive geek.

You passed a whole night? I've had a dump that felt like a tree trunk, but I can't imagine what passing a WHOLE night would feel like.

Registered 8 years agoI read this thread through from page 1, thinking all the time that the reason it was bumped can't be because (1) it's still stuck or (2) you've done it again. Turns out this is the third time.
LB, you really are a hapless fool. -

Registered 9 years agoSee you in 2014 or 2015 with a new bump LB.
Can we nominate the ring to get stuck next time?
I think this suits you.

Registered 8 years agoI don't know why you'd want to take it off - Boba Fett is regarded as the best bounty hunter that's ever lived, just ahead of Dog. -

Registered 11 years ago@LeoliansBro Have you considered displaying your nerdery via necklaces in future, or is that just asking for trouble?-- boobs do nothing for me, I want moustaches and chest hair.

The mind boggles actually. I'm almost too scared to Google "I have a 4th Century Greek Seal ring depicting St George stuck on my nob" for fear that LB has taken the real problem to another forum.

Registered 7 years agoNah, it's safely off. And tragically a bit too Southend Bling to be worn on any but the most geektastic events (and even then it's massive).
They had Darth Vader, a Stormtrooper and Chewbacca rings as well if anyone wants one

That's the one, but brass effect rather than chromed.
(Also if I wanted to be pedantic I'd note it's Jango Fett because it lacks the blast damage on the crown, but I'm buggered if I'm wearing that antipodean cocksucker's facebrace)LB, you really are a massive geek.
