    Hey all, lookin' some advice.

I'm going to London for a course all of next week. I arrive early Sunday morning and am there until Friday night.

I was hoping to go see a movie in the Imax, as I've only seen the wee 45 minute Imax movies and never a full main movie in the Imax.

Anything else cool/fun/interesting that you'd recommend while in London?

All advice is very much appreciated, thanks in advance.

    Wayne.

Best thing to do in London? Get on a train at Kings Cross and go to Euro Disney ;D

Apologies for the old thread bump but I was being tidy.

If I lived in London, I would go to late nights at the Science Museum . It sounds fun. Ubergeeky, but fun. Next one is this Wednesday.

Playing all the right notes— but not necessarily in the right order.

Heard this was excellent, love to see this...won't someone fly me over to London for this?? I can tell really imaginative and hyper-unrealistic stories as payment.

I know Camden isn't considered cool but I still think it's well worth a visit. Then again I'm a sucker for markets and faux hippies.

If you can read this you really need to fiddle with your forum settings.

Elbow Room, cracking burgers last time I was there. Plus I like the colour purple, not Oprah.

Give yourself ½ gig or a £, you're worth it.

Elbow Rooms are great, although I'm not so sure about the burgers... 0_o. Sure they're better than Maccys, but no better than regular pub grub.

Old Street venue is better than the Angel one too. Angel was is slightly shady. Never been to the West London one though.

I can double confirm it. Probably the best touristy thing I've ever done in London.

The 3D hubble film is really good... apart from the 5 year old that didn't stop kicking my seat throughout.

West London one is pretty shabby these days - I wouldn't bother.

Possibly check out flights to better places, or else the train to Paris and brussels.

This guy is right. The Elbow Room (when there was just one) was last good about fifteen years ago

Saw this dinosaur thing on in London, looks like it might be a fun distraction if your taking the kids to London over Easter.

If I lived in that there London, I would try to see The Rememberers in the Old Box Tunnels. It looks really interesting.

Playing all the right notes— but not necessarily in the right order.
