    Thanks for the bump BM.

I lurk. If I've spoken to you, I'm either impassioned, or drunk.

My God, but they're all awful this year. No talent in sight. Well, for cookery anyway.

I hate the bit where they go and work in a restaurant now. Blatant filler and seems to have zero influence in the final decision.

This has always been my least favourite bit. The first test is still my favourite, although in this celeb one seems a bit pointless as no-one goes out at the first stage.

But I want to concentrate on the bald one saying something and then the other one REPEATING ALL HIS COMMENTS IN A BELLOWING VOICE AS IF THEY'RE SITTING MILES APART.

New series tonight at 8.30pm. Oddly i'm looking forward to hearing "cooking doesn't get tougher than this". It's been a while.

An hour and a half of the wallace sucking his lips against his teeth after every mouthful of pudding he shovels in, heralding the "bags of flavour" the contestant and "packed in". Happy days.

    - I'm looking forward to hearing Greg Wallace find interesting ways to restate everything John Torode says.

I think the last series has pretty much destroyed any interest I have in the show. It went on for far too long and I just can't face watching it anymore. I say that but as I type it is on in the background and probably will be every Thursday and I'll get drawn into it again.

You are a factory of sadness.
