Registered 10 years agoI like none of these names, apart from Faith and a .45 and, with a little push, Chili Con Carnage. They're silly more than good.
I think some of the best names belong to old school adventure games: Beneath a Steel Sky (my absolute favorite), Flight of the Amazon Queen, Grim Fandango. -

Radiant Silvergun just sounds impressive to say.
Star Ocean all by itself is a beautiful little name.
Flower, Sun and Rain really brings to mind something evocative.
Popolocrois wins the tongue-twister that actually helps the game stand out.
Grandia completely sums up everything you need to know in a short nonsense word.
The Devil and I immediately perks your interest when you hear it.
BS Suck and Blow wins for best silly name.
Ore no Shikabane wo Koete Yuke sounds great, but its hard to translate well (works out to something like On a Journey Beyond My Corpse, which probably raises eyebrows just to hear it).
Worst name ever is definitely Divine Divinity or the DS game about the car licenses. -

Though maybe I'm biased cos I just love the game too.
Faith and a .45 is also an awesome name though, its not often I become interested in a game based on the name alone.
Recent names I like: Heavenly Sword, Eternal Sonata, No More Heroes.
My memory is way too crap to think of any older games right now. -
