Nah man I'm just saying that although you look like a druggy chav with your G-star get up, we all know you aren't.

He's most likely a fat nerd with a really thin t-shirt though

    :D Touched a nerve?

Yeah there is nothing wrong with wearing G-star. Not a fan myself as they seem to be a label that love plastering the logo across all their clothes. Which I hate with certain brands.

Yeah it was, I was just trolling anyway.

Too much free time at the moment.

Time for a near two year thread revival!

I read "Gay Star" when I first saw one and like that other guy, I thought it was a t shirt from Primark once. Apparently after all these years, the popularity of these t shirts hasn't waned as I saw a lot of people wearing them in college.

Gotta agree with the others that G-Star range from crap to handsome in terms of the jeans though. I've seen some really ugly jeans from them (the big baggy black ones) but there are some really good slimmer fitting ones from them too. G-Star seem to only advertise the terrible ones though.

I think they've been replaced by superdry tshirts in terms of every single chavvy cunt out there wearing them these days.

Yeah superdry, i see men in super dry coats all the time. The coats mostly look good but when everyone wears them it becomes un cool.

They make good jackets, the rest is crappy though, especially the jeans

When I was 9 years old all the cool kids had a Salomon backpack and I wanted one too.

Got it for my birthday and loved it.

Since then I haven't really fallen for any of the sheep trends that have cropped up.

To me it's strange how anyone decides to jump in one it's viral but plenty of people do.

The Burberry scarves that every one had followed by the Canada goose jackets or the multicolured lengthwise striped scarf and now a Barbour jacket.

I just don't get how anyone can think "wow, that jacket EVERYONE is wearing... Where can I buy it?"

If you can read this you really need to fiddle with your forum settings.

Yeah, think I've got a pair of G star jeans and a pair of superdry trainers + a jacket and they're great, but the only reason I bought them was because they're not immediately obvious advertisments for the brand.
Giant fucking "SUPERDRY JPN" lettering splattered all over you doesn't make you look cool, it makes you look like a twattish walking billboard

Crosshatch is the fucking chav label par excellence. And fank fuck Gio Goi went bust, although I think Sports Direct churn out some shit with their name on now.

    Hurgh.

    Urgh, yeah Sports Direct...

Most of their stuff is just horrible (although I got a few good plain shirts from them a few years ago) and what's up with their seemingly everlasting "70% off all clothing!" sale? XD

I don't get why people want to wear a brand's name as if it somehow makes them fashionable.

Buy from a brand if you like the designs of the clothing they've selling, you shouldn't buy just for the name.

As for G-Star, some of their jeans are excellent. The other stuff? Not so much and I hate how they model stuff on their site (they have their models sagging their jeans down prison style - why hasn't this gone out of fashion yet?).
