Just seen a map showing homosexual rights etc Africa's a pretty big no-go area for gays it appears. Only South Africa has same-sex marriages, in everywhere else it's prison or death. Blimey.

Post for new page so this post doesn't seem like the ramblings of an insane old man.

    WTF, Uganda!?

Anti-Gay bill looking to be passed by Christmas in Uganda as 'a present' because the public want it. 89% of them apparently.
Repeat Offenders/Paedophiles etc could face Death Penalty. * been dropped it seems *
Same-Sex marriages to face life imprisonment.

    Really?!

I don't want my taxes going to these people. By that i mean the vile ultra-conservative christians who go there spreading hate. They did give the world the 'eat the poo-poo' youtube video though so what else could we expect.

I despair at times, i really do.

    No. No he's not.

"He calls himself The Good Giraffe and lives in Dundee with his girlfriend and her daughter."

"Unemployed, Mr Baillie, said he busks using his kazoo and djembe drum then uses the donations to pay for the kind deeds."

Dolite loser who can't be arsed to get a job and support his family. I would spit on people like this. This hippy shit is just an excuse he's using so he doesn't have to join the real world.

Charming. The real world that's just overflowing with kind deeds and jobs?

How do you know that he's on the dole and that his family needs supporting? Perhaps his girlfriend makes enough to support them, maybe they have enough in savings or some other form of support. You don't know a thing about the guy, so don't be judgemental bellend looking for the negative in even generous acts from strangers.

Fuck the internet can be a depressing place...

    Portable view - Never forget.

In retrospect I do believe my mask slipped a little bit there. At heart I am actually that cynical and judgemental but I do generally try to tone it down.

I maintain that it’s hippy shit though. At best - assuming he does indeed have independent wealth to support his family - then he’s a middle class wanker inflicting the world with his bizarre sense of humour more than a charitable soul. There are millions of great, generous people in the world who get no recognition at all… because they choose not to wear a giraffe suit made by their mother.

    So. Fuck this guy.

Nice attitude SClaw. I am guessing that you already have a job and that it isn't working as a children's entertainer.

btw I don't think that 'dolite' is an actual word and even if it was I don't think you would spell it like that.

I despair. So because there are "millions of people" that are doing charitable things, he shouldn't because he's getting publicity?

Who cares what his motives are, he's doing random acts of goodwill for people. Is anyone being hurt by what he's doing? What exactly is he 'inflicting' on people? FFS, lets all just be bitter loners and stop interacting or being nice to other people shall we, that makes the world a better place.

Bieber’s new girlfriend… sort of looks like him. Same chin. Same cheekbones. Same lips. Similar nose. That’s a bit freaky.

@Mola_Ram Are you guys still going on about the giraffe douchebag? That was like ten years ago in news terms. It’s over.

As it happens the Beeb more or less pinched that story wholesale from a local Scottish rag. He’s no longer with his girlfriend, apparently.

It's a day old. I don't live in this thread, so I'm sorry if your strange fixation with hippies doing charity lives on for one more post.

    Carry on!

Is it just me or does Bieber's face look photoshopped? There's something a bit off about it.

Could just be his face though.

Interesting read. Though I suspect it might lead to us all losing our jobs to Koreans. ;)

"fake one" is a bit of a misnomer when it comes to Twinkies, as they're the most artificial things on the face of the planet.

Anyway, the current expectation is that someone'll buy the Twinkie brand and all that'll happen is the name on the box will change. Smart money's on Martha Stewart.
