    Goddard has some single leg drills (they are the lower power bits, not very good at them, very awkward with road cleats for me) and some seated sprints intervals. I was so angry about the single leg drills I Hulk Smashed the end of the final two blocks, hence the overpower readings :)

    The last one is aerobic intervals combined with 5 second sprints. Weirdly, that got easier the more I got into it, the second block felt horrible.
