Human nature is human nature. People are going to behave in a certain way, groups of people are going to adopt conventions and norms over the years. We're not doing anything inherently wrong so if you don't like how this place conducts itself, nobody is forcing you to stay and like I said, we don't owe you anything.
No, I am not a mod. But I do have a modicum of insight in to myself and how I interact with other people. I though I might share that with you as you seem a bit deficient.
