I just Googled 'Sim City', it's incredible (and possibly unique, outside of WoW) the amount of coverage it's getting on sites that have nothing to do with gaming. The BBC have run several news pieces, business sites are analysing EAs behaviour, there are pieces on financial sites etc, quite an impressive, diverse range of stuff out there!
Usually when on a forum it's easy to assume the whole world has similar issues/concerns/complaints, when actually you're just a tiny tiny subset of gamers who a) visit game related sites and then b) discuss them on game related sites,, but this genuinely appears to have 'gone global'.
