I thought I might actually walk away with something in my hand today! They were all useless though. O2 920's are online only and phone's for U were locked into EE/orange. I then had a dull conversation with one of those IM services on the O2 shop - they said they were transferring me to a different dept but that never happened. It's an odd world these days.
