It's fair to point out that on the basis of wages we should be above Spurs (and closer to the others) . But I also think there's a fair bit of throwing the baby out with the bath water. We're under performing for sure, but let's see where things are at in May before declaring a "power shift". And in truth, Spurs would need to finish above us for 2,3,4 seasons for that to be true anyway. As I've just seen someone say on twitter... "One swallow does not a summer make"!
