I got an 8GB with mine (it was part of the Amazon bundle), but I picked up a 32GB card around the time PS1 Classics became available. Thanks to owning a PSP, I already had a number of PS1 and PSP games and I wanted to be able to just throw it all on there and not have to worry about it.
I buy physical Vita games where possible, partly to save space on the card and partly because I like to have a 'collection', anyway. I have nine retail Vita games on my shelf, and six downloaded Vita games, 8 PSP games and 13 PS1 Classics on my card, with 11GB free. The biggest problem is that I've run out of screens
