It's me, I am convinced that I represent the litmus test. I'm not getting a Wii U because a) It's a little too expensive considering, b) there aren't enough games, c) they haven't got their networking shit together, and d) there's no BC.
I have always loved Nintendo games, and I think Ninty's existence is important for the gaming world, but if they want me back, they'd better get COMPETITIVE. A competitive, scared Nintendo is one which might treats its customers with a little more care.
If they can convert me, I think others will be swayed too. But to be honest, I don't see it happening. And while I'm on the subject, the PS4 and 720 will need to work hard too. Otherwise I'll just hibernate with my stockpile of Wii and PS3 games. I'm good with just that until maybe 2015...
