Get this for £235.53. It's worth contacting freshtech to see if you can upgrade to a 1TB or TB HDD for an extra £25 to £40.
Stick in this for £85. Comes with free Farcry 3, Sleeping Dogs and Hitman Absolution.
And Windows 8 Professional for £43.
That's a system for about £365 which will perform better than either of the linked systems.
