Yeah it's amazing how the knock on effect works. Would never have guessed my hamstring was making my knee ache! Making sure I stretch everyday and try to keep it nice and loose.
I also like to put it under my thighs and roll my crotch high into the air, whilst staring deeply at the girl stretching next to me.
