    Swapped my first lunch wrap for a salad instead so I could have a bag of maltesers. Needed it today.

    Managed an extra squat last night so 7 whole reps, wow!

    Have to get my third session in after work today, feeling quite tired after this week tbh, could do with going home and passing out instead.
