This is done by Cambridge Studio with assistance from GG Amsterdam. Same thing, they're just both Sony 1st party.
edit: I don't mind that people are excited, the visuals do look good. my only point is that I didn't understand why people were getting so excited when it's no different to any of the other Vita shooters at this point, and there's still 8 months before release. Hopefully it will be good though.
