The film adequately explains what Bane is supposed to be and why. Imo obv.
I'm probably missing some glaringly obvious thingy etc. but his role as the new head of the LoS coming back to Gotham to clean up etc is perfectly fine and coherent. I think his voice is awesome, too.
But this is all obv due to me being blind and bias as it was a few months and 100 pages ago so there is no point is carrying on.
