The Green Mile.  I defy you not to shed a tear during this film.
I took my daughter to see 'Up' at the cinema, and although the film was pretty shot as a whole... the bit where the old guy was reminiscing about meeting his missus and everything left a lump on my throat.
Let The Right One In, not because it is massively sad, it is just a wonderful film about friendship over adversity.
Embarrassingly, the first time I watched The Simpsons movie I was a bit overwhelmed at the end when Homer went all out to save Springfield and Bart chose to go back to his family rather than stay with Ned and co.
I have on a few occasions, when letting wifey choose a dvd, had to disguise a tear at the end of The Wedding Singer. The bit on the plane when he sings the song over the tannoy and Billy Idol (I used to work for his dad don't you know) shoved the macho bloke with the trolley. It really is a beautiful moment.
