  My Wii U isnt doing the dashboard Mii... Swarm... Thing.
  
  All the Mii people are offering Nintendo tech support and the interest bubbles are just menu icons.
  
  Friends list works. MiiVerse seems to work... But the main menu isnt showing internet detail.
  
  Is something wrong on their end?
