The latest that the French lab that picked up his 2001 tour of Switzeland drug failure actually met with Armstrong and his team director Johan Bruyneel and showed them how to beat EPO tests. This has come out in the last couple of days.
I think it was a Swiss lab (Lausanne). Great timing by Tygart though, I wonder if he held it back or this was just the way it worked out.
