That reminds me that I have popcorn maker (Xmas '02 gift or thereabouts) + some corn to go with it. The corn has been kept in an air sealed container for about 5 of the 10 years I've had them (the last 5).
If I pop them and eat them plain am I likely to have rank popcorn, same bland air puffs as from fresh corn, ... ? So many questions.
