I played it early last year, it's fairly generic in it's world design and quest system but it has really great combat, you have to aim at your targets as opposed to locking on, it's just very fluid and rather different.
The world was just too dull though so I didn't continue my sub, I'd probably have a gander again but it's not free to play in the US/EU, this applies to North Korea and Japan only for the time being.
Probably only a matter of time before it is free everywhere though.
