    I always laugh at the chaps who whack the Concept 2 up to 10, go full pelt, then two minutes later fall over through exhaustion. Ha ha ha, I go.

    Rowing is a funny one: I can't really gauge how well I perform.

    If you're getting bored I'd suggest intervals to liven things up. I normally do 5k with intervals in around 20 minutes. 1k medium pace to warm up, then repeating intervals of 200m at 100% intensity, 100m at cooldown pace, 200m at medium pace.
