If you knew me and finding jobs you'd say I need as big a money buffer as possible!
But I did actually spend a year travelling the world so I'm done with that for a good while (I'm not loaded I just have very, very nice parents that let me live rent free).
Although I could actually afford to buy a property around Woolwich which is something I'm currently looking at whimsically. Surely Crossrail will make properties there a decent investment?
