I wouldn't buy any Razer stuff. Their quality is decent, but on their mice at least build quality is always terrible. It'll last you maybe 13 months then die just out of warranty.
Edit: I use the Sennheiser PC360 headset but that's probably a bit too far out of your price range.
Sennheiser looks fab, might try and limp on with broken ones (one side is now held together with stickytape) till March when it's bonus time, fingers crossed!
