I'm about the same height and I'm around 81-82. If I dropped to 68 I'd be horribly unhealthy and unfit.
The lowest I've gone is 77 and i looked emaciated.
I reckon that around 76 is about right for me - although obviously that could change when (if...) I decide to bulk up on muscle.
