I'm loving this, however there are a couple of things that are just plain stupid. Mostly the wandering into an objective by accident, and then if you 'abort' the mission all your progress since the last save is lost. Utterly retarded.
For example, I wanted to unlock a radio tower before I attempted a nearby story mision, but I didn't want to go straight into the story mission. But because the tower is near to the mission, it triggers when I get to the bottom. I then 'leave the area'. mission fails, progress to the top of the tower gone. Durrrrrrrr.
Also as others have mentioned, the relentless 'go do the story mission' prompts in a huge sandbox like this are completely needless. On the whole its awesome though.
