CoD points were a waste of time, it was an extra that really meant nothing once you'd bought the weapon you'd wanted.
The traditional COD level up system meant you were screwed by higher level players since they had certain unlocks, attachments and perks you didn't have.
(Though Vonderharr did say it's the easiest progression system so far.)
