Here's my 2 cents - I have both PC and Xbox versions. PC - about 40 hours played. Xbox - about 20 hours played so far.
Bugs? PC - sometimes the SHIV has no option to fire (Happened on one out of half a dozen playthroughs)
Xbox - unreadable disc/crash/freeze. Happened twice.
And thats it. So in my experience, not particularly buggy at all.
