Doing much better this time around. Got 5 sats in the air, 1 under construction and a 3rd uplink cooking. The UK, Germany, China, Canada & Japan are now under the watchful eye of XCOM.
Research is extremely slow this time around however. The troopers are all still using the basic weapons and armour but they're all holding their own and so far no losses. One rookie almost bled out but the medic saved the day as the sniper finished up the last of the aliens.
Getting the extra sats up early was a huge boost this time around - panic is getting high in South America and India/Oz are climbing up, but overall things are in hand, for now.
