Just a quick question: if a country panics to the point of leaving the XCOM project, are they ever recoverable? Will missions still happen there, and is it worth it to launch satellites for them?
I've lost Argentina and Egypt because I avoided 'very hard' missions there after I lost all my vets in the first terror mission.
