    It does mean something when that badass that keeps killing you only loses a twentieth of his health by the time you die, which then refills when you respawn. It renders them killable only by sheer fluke or cheap vehicle spamming.

    I'm not going to be making progress when I can't get past a cluster of enemies in a story mission because I keep dying and their health respawns, Second Winds being ruled out because of the crazy HP of even the normal enemies . All the while having no money because of the constant New You usage.

    That's a wall, not progress.
