Yeah tried everything there
Fresh install of windows 7 with the latest 12.8 cats
no virus software , no crap running , under 40 processes.
Its wierd as skyrim runs smooth almost maxed out at 1080p and that game is way more demanding.
I tried gamebooster with it shutting down everything even explorer.
Its very slight stutter (but annoying as hell)and only happens for like 5 seconds at a time,under fraps it stays constant 60 fps.
Funny thing is the cpu/mobo are only few months old and i think is the latest intel socket 1155.
The cpu was only 30 notes brand new and the motherboard also only 30 notes.
I got it as it was so cheap and i thought the only game that needs a quad is battlefield 3 which i was not bothered about.
A quad would of set me back another 140 notes.
Reading this thread and it seems lots of guys had problems with 2012
