What were the warriors main weapon? If you were both using swords you probably wasted a lot of DPS as I've found that a lot of players have specced for bleeds and there's a cap of 25 per enemy. The Ranger and Necro can apply bleeds pretty fast, so maybe not enough direct damage?
The lvl 40 dungeon was a lot easier than AC, so maybe it's a bit overtuned.
