Thanks HH and Crispy, but I've not had any luck with the Page Resources Viewer (replacement for Activity monitor in latest Safari) it no longer seams to leave a file and even though the BBC supports HTML5 video on iOS ClicktoFlash doesnt seem to work for me (dont get any options just the place holder)
