I gave up on them when I asked them to remove my Credit Card details a couple of weeks after I made my one and only purchase, and they said it was impossible. Their system just can't do it. Possibly true, but why make it like that? Even Xbox Live eventually got it right and let me remove my card on the site/console without having to phone them up.
Still, when I did try it out it was okay. Shame for the staff that were let go, hope they all find work.
