Thing is, drastic diets such as keto are near impossible to sustain, same as the 'not-eating' diets. They will provide weight loss but it'll be very difficult to reintroduce carbs/food generally, without jumping back up in weight.
I manage to stay lean by just eating carbs for breakfast every day, and lunch on a training day (I train in the mornings) - and little else carb wise. Rest of my meals are made of up protein sources with salad/veg etc and plenty of healthy fats. This for me is not very difficult. Weekends I pretty much eat what I want.
